　　生意不可能总是一帆风顺，不管企业多么细心、精心地处理业务往来，事故还是难以避免货物可能送错了地方，可能在运输中受损或者延迟，等等，各种情况都可能发生。

　　当发生事故的时候，如果只是一些很快就能得到解决的小问题（比如保险、保证或是其他合同条款），一封日常投诉信就完全可以了。

　　由于这些小问题一般不会遭到对方的反对，日常投诉信只要清楚、明了、简要就行。下面是写日常投诉信所遵循的法则

　　右上角日期

　　左上角称呼

　　正文

　　第一段表明自己的身份，说明写信目的，因何事投诉何人或机构。

　　第二段具体阐述投诉的'内容和投诉的理由。

　　第三段提出解决建议并期望尽快解决，表示感谢。

　　右下角署名

　　1、开头就提出要求。

　　2、详细解释此要求的原因。

　　3、结尾要表示感谢对方的合作。

　　Dear Sir/Madam,

　　Please send us a correction on part of our order WP-11.

　　All the items e ordered arrived in excellent condition except for one model. It you refer to our original order （see the copy attached）， you ill note that e requested your fluorescent desk-lamps, Model 606. Hoever, Model 608 reached us instead. For details, please see the inspection certificate issued by the Tianjin Commodity Inspection Bureau.

　　Will you kindly take back those you sent out and substitute them ith an equal quantity （120 items） of Model 606? We ould appreciate your attention to this matter promptly.

　　But great changes have taken place since a chemical orks as built near our school to years ago. It produces poisonous gases and pours a large amount of aste ater into the river. The terrible pollution has done great harm to us students and teachers as ell as to the surroundings.

　　It＇s time for us to take steps to protect our surroundings and prevent them from being polluted.
